Things have been so boring around here lately. Crystal and I have taken to window-watching again. We watched as our garbage piled higher and higher, wondering if the garbagemen had gone on strike. Not only were the dumpsters full, but there was trash surrounding the dumpsters piling up. We were glad that the garbage truck finally came around, but when they did, they just lit the garbage on fire and left. The pile was blazing for a long time - it's a good thing there are no plants around or it would have spread through the whole city!

Yesterday when we got up we went in the kitchen for breakfast, we looked out the window. There, balanced precariously on the ledge of a windowbox was a man cleaning his windows. We are not really sure how safe this is considering the box is meant to hold flowers...and he was on the third floor. But it was something interesting to look at, that's for sure!
